5 NPS Students Qualify for CT History Day Competition
Congratulations to our five qualifying students who will compete at the upcoming Connecticut History Day competition on Saturday, May 4 at Central Connecticut State University.
The qualifying students, listed below, finished in the top four of the Fairfield County Regional History Day competition on March 2. They will compete against other top finalists at the four other regional competitions in the state.
Every year National History Day® frames students’ research within a historical theme. The theme is chosen for the broad application to world, national, or state history and its relevance to ancient history or to the more recent past.
The 2024 theme is "Turning Points in History."
