City of Norwalk and NPS Celebrate Official Groundbreaking of New, State-of-the-Art NHS/P-TECH

The City of Norwalk and Norwalk Public Schools welcomed Gov. Ned Lamont and Senate Majority Leader Bob Duff along with other state and local dignitaries, school leaders, and students for the official groundbreaking of the new, state-of-the-art Norwalk High School/P-TECH Norwalk building on April 1.
