Class of 2025 Graduates Pursuing Exciting Pathways
NPS Communications

The Class of 2025 stands at the threshold of a world filled with opportunity. As they graduate high school, they are stepping into a wide range of futures, each one shaped by their passions, goals, and the many pathways available to them. This moment is not only a celebration of all they’ve accomplished, but also a recognition of the exciting journeys that lie ahead.

This year’s seniors are enrolling in prestigious universities and colleges, entering the workforce with skill and purpose, serving in the military with honor, and pursuing specialized training through trade schools and certification programs.

What unites them is a shared commitment to lifelong learning and a deep sense of purpose. These students represent the very best of our schools, and their choices reflect not only their individual passions but also the support and guidance of dedicated educators, counselors, families, and community partners.

As a whole, the Class of 2025 is pursuing a wide variety of postsecondary opportunities: 48% of graduates will attend a four-year college/university, 23% will attend a two-year college, 9% are enrolling in trade or technical schools, 11% are entering the workforce, and 3% will serve in the military. These plans reflect the diverse interests, strengths, and aspirations of our students—and the many paths to success that Norwalk Public Schools prepares them for.

On May 20, several seniors from across our four high schools had the opportunity to present to the Norwalk Board of Education. They spoke proudly about their future plans, the decisions that led them there, and the people who helped them along the way. Their stories were a powerful reminder of the thought, effort, and heart that go into each graduate’s next step.

Whether they are pursuing careers in healthcare, engineering, education, the arts, business, or public service, our graduates are poised to make meaningful contributions to their communities and to the world.

Want to see where they're headed? Take a look at the inspiring next steps of some of our graduates from Norwalk High School, Brien McMahon High School, P-TECH Norwalk, and the Center for Global Studies. Their stories are a reflection of the strength and spirit of the Norwalk Public Schools community.
