Norwalk BOE Approves Official Last Day of 2025-26 School Year

On March 31, the Norwalk Board of Education approved the official last day of school and the dates for high school graduations and middle school promotions.

The last day of the 2025-26 school year is Wednesday, June 24. Schools will dismiss two hours early on Tuesday, June 23 and Wednesday, June 24. As a reminder, Norwalk Public Schools will be closed on Friday, June 19, in observance of Juneteenth.

High school graduation ceremonies are scheduled for:

• Center for Global Studies - Friday, June 12 at 6 p.m. in the BMHS Auditorium
• Norwalk High School & P-TECH Norwalk - Tuesday, June 16 at 11 a.m. at Total Mortgage Arena in Bridgeport
• Brien McMahon High School - Wednesday, June 17 at 6 p.m. on Jack Casagrande Field at BMHS

For P-TECH families: CT State Norwalk will hold its graduation on Wednesday, May 20 at 11 a.m. at the Hartford Healthcare Amphitheater in Bridgeport.

Middle school promotion ceremonies are scheduled for Monday, June 15 at the following times:

• Roton Middle School - 5 p.m. at BMHS Auditorium
• Nathan Hale Middle School - 5:30 p.m. at NHS Auditorium
• Concord Magnet School - 6 p.m. at CMS/Ponus Ridge Campus Auditorium
• West Rocks Middle School - 7 p.m. at Norwalk Concert Hall
• Ponus Ridge STEAM Academy - 7:30 p.m. at BMHS Auditorium
