Family Meals Application
Complete the Family Free and Reduced-Price Meal Application today!
Beginning with the 2026–2027 school year, Norwalk Public Schools will no longer participate in the Community Eligibility Provision (CEP), the federal program that allowed all students to receive free breakfast and lunch regardless of household income. As a result, the district will return to the traditional Family Free and Reduced-Price Meal Application process to determine eligibility for free or reduced-price lunches.
The good news is that all students will continue to receive breakfast at no cost thanks to Connecticut's new Free Breakfast for All program. Every student, regardless of household income, will be eligible for a free breakfast each school day.
