No, insurance is not necessary for our student devices. Our Technology team and school leaders work together to ensure there is device equity for all NPS students.

All NPS locations have Wi-Fi access. Occasionally there are "dead spots" which are also city wide.

The best options to help your student with their password are:

• Work with your student's teacher or building personnel to submit a password reset. Our Help Desk will respond quickly to a staff request for a student password reset. Parents/guardians cannot contact the Help Desk for this issue, because there is no way to verify the requestor is who they say they are.
• Remind your student to set up their "Recovery" options in ClassLink. If set up properly, students can use the "Forgot Password" option and reset it themselves, but it is necessary to set up the option first!

Have your student work with building personnel to resolve this issue. There are many factors that may prevent a successful student log in. It is best to allow the staff to use the Help Desk or the building technician to assist.
